Terms of Use: 

 

All Maintenance Packages are pre-paid services and require to be paid in whole before the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) starts.  

 

If the hours exceed the prescribed limit per month, then the services provided in that month will be charged as $7 per hour. (Applicable for all three packages Monthly, Half-yearly and Annual).  

 

In Annual and Half-yearly packages, if the hours are not utilized in a particular month then it can be banked for the next month and can be used. (The banked hours will be forfeited as the last month of the respective package ends.)
